IT Support (ITSCC)

This program provides critical services to ensure effective IT operations. Students gain a diverse set of skills to provide desktop support covering a multitude of technologies including software support, hardware support, basic networking skills, telephony support, security and a wide range of other technology issues.

Note: This is a Level II certificate and is part of the Information Systems and Technology concentration. Students completing the AASIT degree must complete this certificate after or alongside the Information Technology Technician (TETCA) Level I certificate.  The IT Support (ITSCC) certificate can also be completed on its own.
